Harris County Jail

The exact same thing happened to me that happened to "almost duped" Some inmate from Harris County Prison kept calling my home numerous times about 3-5 and I finally picked up at the end, the inmate on the other line, who sounded very uneducated, asked me if I wanted him to charge the phone companies so that it wouldn't cost me a dime, which was strange to me because how could an inmate at a Prison house have access to so many calls and just be allowed to do such things, this was obviously a scam, so I declined the offer, and now I'm afraid this inmate might come after me what should I do?
