How long does a felony stay on your record?
My life partner will spend time in Harris county for approx. 1 month (I hope). He's Bi-Polar and I'm very concerned about his having access to meds. Can he take his medications with him during the inprocessing? I'm certain there's medical staff and MHMR services. How soon can he recieve the care he requires?
