Is it 2 days credit for one day served if it is a probation violation for 10 days. Will it just be 5 days?

Yes, it should be 5 days if you got sentenced for 10. As of Oct. '08 HCJ had nearly 12000 inmates. They are "allowed" to hold 9300 so 2 for 1 is pretty standard for most cases.
