YES, this is a scam. If you call the phone number given to you by the caller, the *72 forwards your number to the number you called, and the caller makes long distance calls from your phone number. You need to call your phone company and report it right away.

Yes, a no insurance ticket unpaid would turn into a warrant. To check if you have one call a bonds company and tell them you want to know if you have one outstanding. You do not want to go up there without checking. Saw a sweet lady get arrested last night for a warrant.
